Are these required for financing? +
No. Every product on this page is optional and never required as a condition of financing. You can decline all three without affecting your loan terms.
What does the Service Contract not cover? +
Standard wear items (brake pads, wipers, tires), routine maintenance, damage from misuse, racing or off-road use beyond the vehicle's design, and items listed as excluded in your addendum. Levels 1–3 cover named systems; Level 4 covers everything except a short exclusions list.
How does GAP actually pay out? +
If your insurer declares your vehicle a total loss — typically a covered accident or theft not recovered within 30 days — GAP waives the difference between their settlement and your remaining loan or lease payoff as of the loss date. GAP Plus adds up to $1,000 of your insurance deductible.
What's covered under 360 Shield? +
Eight surface protections — Paint, Glass, Interior, Wheel, Body, Screen, Air Quality / Odor, and Interior Anti-Microbial. Each is backed by a warranty that pays for cleaning, repair, repainting, or replacement of covered parts during the warranty period, with no deductible.
Can I cancel a product after delivery? +
Yes. Each product has its own cancellation terms — generally a full refund inside the first 30 days if no claim has been filed, and a pro-rated refund thereafter.
Where can I read the actual contract terms? +
Every product has a contract addendum that controls. You'll receive yours at delivery, and we're happy to send specimen copies before you visit. Coverage, exclusions, and availability vary by state.
